Where is the pickup location?
You can pickup your orders for FREE from our Dun Laoghaire location. We are located opposite to the DART station in Dun Laoghaire. When you plan to visit to collect your order, please contact us beforehand at 0877630079 to fix up a time.
How do I select pickup option?
You can simply select “Pickup” option at the time of checkout and there will be no shipping charges applicable. We will then contact you once your order is ready to be picked up.
Do you deliver in my area?
Our grocery delivery service covers the entire Republic of Ireland.
What are the delivery charges?

When are the deliveries made?
The deliveries are usually done between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. For a detailed schedule, please refer to https://www.truethnics.ie/policies/shipping-policy.
How do you deliver?
We deliver through a reputed courier company in Ireland. They are experts in this field and make their best efforts to deliver your goods in the best possible condition, within the promised time frame. Most importantly, all the deliveries are made using "Green Vehicles", so you can contribute towards a greener, better environment!
How long does it take to deliver?
All of the deliveries within Ireland are within 2-4 working days of the order. All deliveries within Dublin are made the same day if the order is placed by 11:00 hours; otherwise the next working day.
Can I change my delivery time?
When your order is dispatched, you get a notification stating the approximate date/time when your courier is due to arrive at your place. Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery time.
What happens if I am not in?
If you are not at home at the time your delivery is expected, you may inform the delivery guy to leave the parcel outside your house, in the porch or with a neighbour. They usually call you on your phone, if the door bell is not answered.
What is your returns policy?
Because most of the products offered by us are food products, we do not accept any returns. This is to ensure that all our goods are hygienic and ‘new’ when they reach you.
What if my delivery is late?
We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay as soon as possible. However, occasionally delays can occur which are often beyond our control. You should receive a call to inform you about the late delivery. If for any reason you don't receive a call, please contact Customer Services us through whatsapp on +353 87 763 0079.
What if I received a damaged item?
We carefully pack all the orders to ensure that they are delivered to you in good condition. However, if there are any damages during transit; please message us within 1 hour of receiving the delivery to inform us of the damaged product. We will review the damage on a case to case basis and do the needful.
Are the health benefits of various products mentioned on this website true?
